Simulation training aims to tame aggression in nursing

Summary

This study tests whether a special simulation training helps nursing students better understand and manage aggressive patients. About 56 students who have passed a mental health course will be randomly assigned to either receive the training or not. The goal is to see if the training improves how they perceive aggression and handle real-life situations.
