Summary

This study aims to increase the number of women in Puerto Rico who get regular mammograms to catch breast cancer early. It will involve about 1,020 women aged 40-74 who haven't had a mammogram in two years or more. The program uses community health workers, patient navigators, and improved clinic processes to make screening easier and more accessible.
