Summary
This study aims to understand how common malnutrition and age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia) are among adults visiting outpatient clinics in Turkey. Researchers will screen 7,500 participants aged 18 and over using questionnaires and simple physical measurements. The study is observational, meaning it only gathers information to assess risk and does not test or provide any treatments.
