Summary
This study tests a program combining food supplements with health coaching for pregnant women in rural Guatemala. It aims to prevent two related problems: mothers gaining too much weight while their babies don't grow properly. Researchers will follow 766 mother-child pairs for a year to see if the program helps mothers maintain healthy weight and babies grow better.
