This study followed 193 patients at high risk of malnutrition in a rehabilitation hospital to see if specialized nutrition care reduces hospital readmissions and other health problems within three months after discharge. Researchers tracked emergency visits, doctor appointments, medication use, and deaths. The goal was to understand the real-world benefits and costs of targeted nutrition support.
