New Kegel-Like exercise aims to tackle ED and incontinence

Summary
This study tests a special pelvic floor exercise (Exercise G128) in 100 men aged 18–75 who can get erections. The goal is to see if it strengthens key muscles to improve erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and premature ejaculation. Participants do the exercise four times a week for one month and have bi-weekly video check-ins. The study compares results to traditional Kegel exercises.
