Summary
This study tested whether treating inflammation in the male reproductive tract could improve sperm health and fertility. About 200 men with signs of inflammation in their semen received either an anti-inflammatory drug or a placebo. The main goal was to reduce a marker of sperm damage called 8OH-dG. Results may help develop better treatments for male infertility linked to inflammation.
