Summary
This study looked at whether anti-inflammatory medication can improve sperm health in men with infertility caused by inflammation. About 200 men with signs of inflammation in their semen took either the drug or a placebo for 6 months. The goal was to reduce oxidative stress damage and improve sperm quality, potentially restoring fertility.
