Summary
This study is testing if an oral medication called probenecid can improve sperm movement in men with spinal cord injuries, a common cause of infertility in this group. It will involve 90 men with spinal cord injuries to see if the treatment helps their sperm swim better. The goal is to offer a potential new option for men who wish to have biological children.
