Summary
This study tested a new non-invasive breathing monitor in 27 healthy adults aged 22-99. The goal was to see if the new device measures breathing rate as accurately as the current standard method of manual counting. Participants wore both monitors while lying in different positions and breathing normally. The study did not involve any treatment or disease management.
