Summary
This study is testing whether whole-grain corn porridges help people feel fuller and stay satisfied longer after eating. Researchers will measure appetite, hunger hormones, and blood sugar in 50 healthy adults after they eat different porridge types. The goal is to understand how specific food ingredients affect feelings of fullness.
