First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (venetoclax and low-dose cytarabine) can help adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) stay in remission longer. Participants are 18โ€“60 years old, have achieved complete remission after initial chemotherapy, and are not able to get a bone marrow transplant right away. The goal is to see if this maintenance therapy delays relapse and improves survival.
