New drug combo aims to stop rare lymphoma from coming back after transplant

NCT ID NCT07276698

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, selinexor and azacitidine, can help prevent NK/T-cell lymphoma from returning after a stem cell transplant. About 39 adults aged 18-70 who have already received a transplant will take these drugs as maintenance therapy. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival and reduces recurrence with manageable side effects.
