Summary

This study tested whether magnetic stimulation can help women with sudden, strong urges to urinate (urgency urinary incontinence). 70 women received either real or sham magnetic pulses to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and calm bladder nerves. The goal was to reduce leaks and improve quality of life without surgery or drugs.
