First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether a magnetic tracer (FerroTrace) plus a fluorescent dye can safely help identify lymph nodes where stomach cancer may have spread. About 20 adults with early-stage gastric cancer will receive the injection before their scheduled stomach removal surgery. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if this method improves cancer detection.
