Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive treatment called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can help control symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will give magnetic pulses to the brains of 66 people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's to see if it improves their memory and thinking. The study also aims to understand how this stimulation might work by affecting the brain's internal cleaning system.
