Summary
This trial tests whether giving magnesium sulfate soon after a moderate traumatic brain injury can reduce harmful inflammation in the brain. Adults aged 18–60 with a moderate head injury will receive either magnesium sulfate or a saltwater placebo within 8 hours of injury.
