First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking 480 mg of magnesium glycinate daily for 12 weeks can lower blood pressure in adults with slightly high systolic blood pressure (125-159 mmHg). About 120 participants will take the supplement and have their blood pressure and magnesium levels checked. The goal is to see if magnesium is a simple, natural way to help manage blood pressure.
