Summary

This early-phase study tests two drugs, mezigdomide and talquetamab, in people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can control the cancer. About 25 adults will take part, receiving the drugs in a specific order with a steroid to manage side effects.
