First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a computer program that uses machine learning can help doctors choose the best blood pressure medications for each patient. About 2,160 adults with high blood pressure will be enrolled across 51 clinics in China. Some clinics will use the computer program to guide treatment, while others will use standard care. The goal is to see if the program helps more patients reach a safe blood pressure level faster and with fewer or lower-dose pills.
