New drug M7437 targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in first human trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called M7437 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is designed to target a protein (Ly6E) found on certain cancer cells, including lung, breast, ovarian, head and neck, pancreatic, and stomach cancers. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 138 participants will take part in this first-in-human study.
