Summary

This early-phase study tested a new drug called M6223, which targets the immune system to fight cancer. It was given alone or with another drug (bintrafusp alfa) to 58 people with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal was to check safety and find the best dose, not to cure the cancer.
