First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two ultrasound-guided pain-block techniques (M-TAPA and EXOP) works better than M-TAPA alone for controlling pain after laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. About 86 adults having this surgery will be enrolled. Researchers will measure pain scores, need for extra pain medicine, and recovery quality in the first 24 hours.
