Two-Drug combo tested to control untreated lymphoma

NCT ID NCT01316523

Summary

This study tested whether combining two existing drugs, lenalidomide and rituximab, could effectively treat adults with a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma who had not received any prior treatment. The goal was to see if this drug combination could shrink tumors and control the disease. The trial enrolled 30 patients to measure how well they responded and how long the treatment worked.
