Summary

This study tested whether the drug brentuximab vedotin could shrink tumors in patients with a specific type of lymphoma that had returned or didn't respond to previous chemotherapy. The trial involved 50 adults who had already tried at least one standard multi-drug chemotherapy regimen. Researchers gave participants the study drug through an IV every three weeks to see how many experienced tumor shrinkage.
