Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, epcoritamab and loncastuximab tesirine, is safe and effective for adults with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal is to see if the combination can reduce or eliminate cancer cells while managing potential side effects. Researchers will enroll 26 participants to measure how well the treatment works and monitor safety closely.
