New combo trial aims to reawaken immune system against stubborn lymphomas

Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of a two-drug combination for people with B-cell lymphomas that have come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The treatment pairs an immunotherapy drug (nivolumab) with a pill (ASTX727) that may help the immune system better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and tolerable for patients who have limited treatment options left.
