New drug cocktail battles advanced blood cancer

Summary
This study tested a combination of five drugs as a first treatment for people with advanced follicular lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. The goal was to see how well the drug mix worked to control the cancer and to carefully track its side effects, especially nerve damage. It involved 95 patients who had not received prior treatment for their lymphoma.
