New scaffold may boost success of lymphedema surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding a special scaffold (BioBridge) to standard lymph node transfer surgery can improve outcomes for people with arm lymphedema. The trial will enroll 60 adults with stage I-II lymphedema, mostly after cancer treatment. The main goal is to see if the scaffold helps reduce arm swelling more than surgery alone over 12 months.
