New massage technique aims to shrink swollen legs

Summary
This study is testing a specific type of massage called the Paloma Sahid Method to see if it can reduce leg swelling and improve daily life for women with lymphedema. Thirty-two women in Chile with swelling in one leg will receive 12 massage sessions over a month. Researchers will measure changes in leg size, strength, and quality of life to see if the treatment helps.
