Could a gentle massage ease your migraine pain?
NCT ID NCT07425041
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a gentle massage technique called manual lymphatic drainage can help people with frequent migraines. Twenty participants will either receive the massage therapy or be in a control group. Researchers will measure changes in pain, migraine frequency, disability, and quality of life to see if this non-drug approach shows promise.
