Stomach cancer surgery: how much lymph node removal is just right?

Summary

This study looks at how much of a specific lymph node area (called No.4sb) should be removed during surgery for advanced stomach cancer. Researchers will track 400 patients to see where cancer spreads in these nodes. The goal is to find the best balance between removing all cancer and avoiding unnecessary surgery.
