New Parkinson's drug enters early human testing

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called LY4006896 in healthy people and those with Parkinson's disease. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 127 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo by IV. This is a first step to see if the drug might help control Parkinson's symptoms in the future.
