Summary

This completed Phase 2 study tested an experimental oral medication called LY3972406 in 33 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The goal was to see if the pill could safely reduce the severity of skin plaques and improve patients' quality of life. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the real drug or a placebo pill for comparison.
