Summary

This study tests an experimental drug, LY3962673, in people with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancer) that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the drug shrinks tumors, both alone and with other chemotherapy. About 630 participants will be enrolled, and the study will last around 5 years.
