Summary
This study is collecting information from 1500 people who either have a blood clot in their heart's main chamber or are at high risk of developing one. The goal is to learn what factors lead to these clots and how they affect patients over time. By analyzing blood samples, scans, and quality-of-life data, researchers hope to improve future treatment and reduce complications like stroke.
