New hope for head and neck cancer patients who failed standard treatment

Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs (LVGN6051, toripalimab, and paclitaxel) in 64 adults with advanced head and neck cancer that came back or spread after platinum-based treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. Participants must be 18 or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be surgically removed.
