Summary

This study tests a standard care plan for unborn babies diagnosed with lower urinary tract obstruction (LUTO), a condition where urine flow is blocked. Researchers will follow 50 pregnant women and their babies to see if this approach improves survival and kidney function up to 2 years after birth. The goal is to validate a consistent treatment strategy based on existing evidence.
