Summary

This early-stage trial tests the safety of combining a targeted radiation drug (lutetium DGUL) with an immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) in 30 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Participants receive either the radiation drug alone or both drugs together. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shows signs of controlling the cancer.
