Summary
This study examined how luspatercept works in adults with a type of bone marrow disorder called lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) in China. Researchers wanted to see if the drug helps patients become less dependent on blood transfusions and improves their hemoglobin levels. The study involved 88 participants who had not received similar treatments before.
