First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a drug called lurbinectedin in children and young adults (ages 2 to 30) with Ewing sarcoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks if the drug shrinks tumors. About 60 participants will take part, and the goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
