Summary

This study tests a new medicine called lunsekimig in adults aged 40-80 with COPD that is not well controlled, especially those with a type of inflammation called eosinophilic. The goal is to see if it can reduce the number of moderate-to-severe flare-ups and improve breathing over about a year. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo as injections, and the study lasts up to 60 weeks.
