Summary
This study looks at how often small areas of the lung collapse (atelectasis) after surgery in patients lying face-up versus face-down. Researchers will use a harmless ultrasound to check the lungs of 80 adults after anesthesia. The goal is to see which position leads to fewer lung problems, helping doctors choose safer surgical setups.
