Summary
This study looks at whether a special breathing maneuver during surgery can prevent lung collapse in children aged 1-14. About 78 kids will be randomly assigned to one of three groups, each receiving different breathing support. The goal is to see if the maneuver improves lung ultrasound scores and reduces breathing complications after surgery.
