Summary

This study tested whether using lung ultrasound to guide how ventilated newborns are positioned can prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia better than standard care. Researchers enrolled 80 full-term babies who needed a breathing tube for more than 48 hours. The goal was to see if personalized positioning reduces pneumonia and other complications.
