Summary
This study tests whether using a lung ultrasound score can help doctors diagnose severe breathing problems faster in premature babies (born at 27-34 weeks). The goal is to give surfactant, a medicine that helps lungs work, more quickly. The study will involve 100 infants and compare ultrasound-guided care to standard care.
