Summary
This study looks at whether using lung ultrasound to diagnose pneumonia in children aged 3 to 10 can cut down on unnecessary antibiotic use. Currently, doctors often rely on exams and chest X-rays, which aren't always accurate. The goal is to see if ultrasound can guide better treatment decisions and reduce antibiotic overuse.
