Summary
This study follows 315 people who received a lung transplant using donor lungs that were treated with a special machine (EVLP) to keep them healthy before surgery. The goal is to see how well patients and their new lungs do over time, including survival and lung function. Researchers also check for any serious side effects related to the machine.
