Summary
This study is testing which of two drugs helps patients recover their breathing ability faster after lung surgery. Researchers will compare sugammadex and neostigmine in 240 adults having a specific type of lung surgery. The main goal is to see which drug leads to better lung function one hour after surgery and reduces breathing complications.
