Summary
This study aims to find the best breathing machine settings during lung cancer surgery to reduce lung complications after the operation. Researchers will test different breathing volumes in 650 patients undergoing minimally invasive lung surgery. The goal is to determine which approach best protects the lungs while maintaining adequate oxygen levels during surgery.
